All images, logos, trademarks, and branding materials used in iRewardify’s marketing and advertising campaigns belong to their respective retailers. iRewardify does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and recognizes the rights of the respective owners.
3. Authorized Use
- Any use of retailer-owned images and trademarks must be in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the respective retailers.
- iRewardify shall obtain proper permissions or licenses before using any retailer logos, brand names, or product images in marketing campaigns.
- Images and trademarks must accurately represent the retailer’s brand and not mislead consumers.
- Modifications or alterations of retailer trademarks and images are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
4. Prohibited Use
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of retailer trademarks and images.
- Misrepresentation of a retailer’s products, services, or brand identity.
- Using trademarks or images in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without appropriate consent.
- Displaying images or trademarks in any way that is defamatory, misleading, or damaging to the retailer’s reputation.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
- All marketing and advertising materials must be reviewed for compliance with this policy before publication.
- Any complaints or concerns raised by retailers about the unauthorized use of their images or trademarks will be addressed promptly.
- iRewardify reserves the right to remove or modify any marketing material that does not comply with this policy.
- Legal action may be taken in non-compliance cases resulting in intellectual property infringement claims.
6. Review and Updates
This policy is subject to periodic review and updates to ensure ongoing compliance with retailer agreements and intellectual property laws. Any changes will be communicated to relevant stakeholders.
