As an early pioneer in the industry, Rick has a proven track record of leading successful programs for most large brands in the US. His ability to align the largest gift card buyers in the world, including the 3 largest bank and utility programs and 2 of the largest Airlines in the US , has been instrumental to 10000s of happy employees and customers. Prior to founding iRewardify, Rick helped build National Gift Card (NGC) to $1B in annual sales before another gift card provider acquired the company.
iRewardify CTO Todd McGuire has served in numerous technology leadership roles, including designing and developing a SaaS health rewards platform used by organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Abbott Labs, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center to reward individuals for improving their health. This behavioral economics software platform has received full recognition from the CDC for digital diabetes prevention and has been awarded a patent by the USPTO. Todd is also a leader in data analytics and has built advanced data visualizations for clients in the research, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing industries.
